By entering and submitting your details for Lulu

Happiness Program, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below

1. Eligibility:

Open to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid Oman phone number. Enrolment requires providing your name and phone number.

2. Earning points:

Points are earned on purchases at Lulu stores (not online) based on store promotions. No points are earned on gift card purchases. Points are non-transferable.

3. Redeeming points:

Points can be used for future purchases at Lulu stores. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption starts at 40 points, with increments of 10. Every 400 points equals 1 OMR.

4. Points Recovery:

Lulu can reclaim points issued in error. Returned items will lead to point adjustments.

5. Expiration:

Points expire one year from when they are earned, and vouchers expire 90 days after issuance.

6. Program Changes:

Lulu may change, suspend, or cancel the program at any time without notice.

7. Privacy:

Personal information collected will be handled according to Lulu's privacy policy mentioned in the link https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-om/privacy-policy.

8. Promotions:

By joining, customer agree to receive promotional messages via WhatsApp, SMS, and email related to the program.

9. Opt-out:

To leave the program, email customercare@luluhypermarket.com. After verification, your points will be permanently erased.
